How long is a photo booth rental?
Our standard booth rental includes 4 hours of service. You can add extra time in advance at a flat hourly rate. Additional setup time is always included and doesn’t count toward your rental time.
What time do you set up before an event?
We typically arrive 1 to 2 hours before your start time to complete setup and testing. If your venue has limited access or strict timing, we can coordinate setup accordingly.
Can you set up the photo booth the day before?
Yes, if your venue allows and our schedule permits. Early setup is available for an additional fee to cover staff time and logistics.
When do you break down the photo booth?
We begin breakdown immediately after your scheduled rental ends. Our team ensures a clean, efficient exit with minimal disruption to your event.
Do you offer outdoor photo booth rentals?
Yes, we can accommodate outdoor events in South Florida. The booth must be placed in a shaded or covered area with access to power. Outdoor bookings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure safety and image quality.
How much space is needed for the Miami Magazine Booth setup?
We recommend at least 10 ft x 10 ft of space for the backdrop and camera system. Larger setups with custom scenic walls, red carpet, or stanchions may require more space.
When should I book the photo booth for my event?
We suggest booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance to secure your date. For weddings, holiday parties, and corporate activations, earlier is better due to high demand.

Is a deposit required to reserve the booth?
Yes — a non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your event date. The balance is due typically 7 days prior to the event.
